Introducing team Fifty20
We're a team of like minded pals based in the stunning Yorkshire countryside, just a few miles south of York near the quaint village of Escrick. We are surrounded by nature, wildlife and fields that stretch as far as the eye can see. We can’t wait to have you guys come visit us to collect your awesome prizes (or if you prefer delivery instead, that’s OK too).
Emma: An animal lover with an eye for luxury
Hi, I’m Emma, Yorkshire-born, animal-obsessed, and proudly part of the Fifty20 team — where we specialise in refined, luxury raffle experiences that go beyond the ordinary.
I bring a thoughtful eye to every raffle we create, ensuring each prize feels aspirational yet personal — whether that’s a designer handbag, a luxury fragrance, fine jewellery, or a romantic weekend break. If it evokes comfort, style, or joy, I’ve probably helped choose it.
My background in marketing and operations means I manage the moving parts behind our raffles — but what I love most is crafting experiences that resonate. I listen deeply, design purposefully, and aim to make every winner feel like it was meant to be.
If I were a brand, I’d be The White Company: warm, elegant, quietly confident, and focused on life’s finer details. Because here at Fifty20, we don’t just offer prizes — we offer a moment worth remembering.
Izzy: A Yorkshire lass with a love of speed
Hi, I’m Izzy! Born and bred in Yorkshire - straight talking, down to earth, and always up for a challenge. I’m never afraid to get stuck in. I’m a bit of an adrenaline junkie and love anything fast-paced—when I’m not busy behind the scenes of our luxury prize draws, you’ll probably find me riding horses or out on the grass tracking field racing. That love for thrill and a good challenge is exactly what inspired me to start Fifty20 - a brand that’s all about real people, real prizes, and real impact.
I focus on creating fair, fun, and high-quality prize competitions that genuinely excite our community. Every detail matters. As a true Yorkshire girl, what you see is what you get—and that down-to-earth (sometimes brutally honest) attitude is mirrored in Fifty20’s commitment to openness and integrity
When it comes to prizes, I always lean towards the exciting, aspirational or stylish—whether it’s an unforgettable luxury getaway, a piece of timeless designer jewellery, or a dream car with serious horsepower. If it’s got style, thrill, or speed, I’m all in. If i was a brand i’d be Holland Cooper: proud, confident, and unapologetically British. It blends modern luxury with timeless quality—just like Fifty20.
Ram: From Cambridge to creative storytelling
I’m Ram and I work across a wide range of dynamic projects that bring stories and products to life. Whether it's crafting impactful brand videos, social media content, or creative campaigns, I’m always up for the challenge of making content that resonates with our community.
Originally from Cambridgeshire, I’ve always believed in constant self-improvement—whether that’s learning new editing techniques, exploring fresh content trends, or pushing myself physically through my passion for the gym and sport. Growth, both creatively and personally, is at the heart of everything I do.
At Fifty20, we pride ourselves on being a transparent, forward-thinking, and fun place to work. Being part of a team that’s focused on great quality content while genuinely helping people with our prizes and telling their stories better is something I find incredibly rewarding.
If I were a brand, I’d be Barbour—reliable, timeless, and built to last. I still wear the same Barbour jacket I’ve owned for years, and that same ethos of consistency, quality, and staying relevant is what I bring to my work.
Sophie: With a love for accessible luxury
Hi, I’m Sophie! I bring my love for accessible luxury, smart strategy, and standout storytelling. From planning prize draws to shaping campaigns, I help drive the behind-the-scenes magic that will make Fifty20 one of the UK’s best online raffle platforms for lifestyle and luxury prizes.
I love making premium feel possible—whether it’s through carefully curated prizes, great value competitions, or marketing that actually connects. Outside of work, you’ll find me scrolling Zara’s new arrivals, or manifesting my next designer wishlist win (Louis Vuitton, I’m looking at you).
With a background in digital marketing, brand management, and logistics, I’ll ensure every competition at Fifty20 runs smoothly—from sourcing the right products to building excitement across social media and email. I’ll create great customer experiences that show you can trust us and make entering feel as exciting as winning.
I really love luxury prizes that mix practicality with aspiration; think Apple tech, designer bags, home upgrades, or once-in-a-lifetime experiences. At the end of the day, it’s about offering real people the chance to win something extraordinary.
Whether it’s a new iPhone, a luxury staycation, or designer statement piece, my mission is to make every competition feel personal, exciting, and unforgettable.
Meet the four-legged Fifty20 team
At Fifty20, we value our furry team members just as much as our slightly more annoying human ones. Having our pets in the office helps us work better. No one brings enthusiasm quite like a dog waiting for a ball to be thrown mid-meeting. (Eggnog — we’re looking at you.)
They’re all on a strictly treat-based salary, but they earn every crumb — even if they do sleep through most of the action.
Now, we’ll admit, things can get a bit confusing… because yes, we’ve got Pip and Pip (Pippin and Pippa).
🐾 Pippa
Our head of security we never knew we needed. Her key responsibility is making absolutely sure the postman doesn’t sneak in with any of our awesome prizes. She takes it very seriously.
🎾 Eggnog
Eggy is our professional distraction. That 20-minute break you should be taking? He’ll make sure you do. Just don’t leave any prizes lying around — he’s not a fan of our careful curation and prefers to, well… destroy them.
🦴 Pippin
The elder and more experienced of our co-workers here at Fifty20. Pippin brings calm, confidence and a wealth of life knowledge — basically the grounding energy we need when we’re spiraling over our biggest prize drop yet.
