Camouflaged by a tree canopy, suspended around a the trunk of a tree is a lightweight metal cube, measuring 13ft wide by 13 ft high and 13 ft long, covered in ultraviolet one way mirrors to prevent birds flying into the glass, is The Mirrorcube. Accommodation is for two people, complete with double bed, bathroom, living room and a roof terrace. Accessible only by a rope bridge connected to the next tree.

Icehotel

Location: Jukkasjärvi, Sweden 

Fancy a staying at a hotel where the entire building melts and has to be rebuilt from scratch every November? Then try the Icehotel in Jukkasjärvi, Sweden, where everything; the rooms, the bar, beds, chairs, tables, even the chapel are made entirely from snow and ice. Like dogs? Then you’ll love staying this giant beagle-themed doghouse that sleeps up to four guests at a time! Its world’s biggest Beagle, and answers to the name “Sweet Willy!” Made of wood and painted stucco, Sweet Willy stands 30 feet high, 34 feet long, 14 feet wide, with flaps of carpeting for ears. Guests enter the giant dog through a balcony. An additional loft bedroom is inside Sweet Willy’s head, complete with a snug alcove built into the muzzle.
