Going since 2016, Elite Competitions is the one that went on Dragon’s Den to try and get some money (well, advertising really as we’re sure they knew the power of simple participation and naff the investment!). Anyway, they’ve been really visible in online competitions, since and have given away big numbers. 

 

How it Works:

 

Just like Fifty20, you pick a competition, grab some tickets, throw them in your basket and pay. You'll get an email confirming everything. If you win an "Instant Win" game, you'll know right away. For the others, winners are announced in live draws on their website, YouTube, and Facebook.

Yep, Elite Competitions is a real UK business that’s been running legit prize draws since 2016. Here's why they’re seen as trustworthy:

• Live Draws: They show you exactly how winners are picked during live events.

• Trustpilot and Partnerships: They're verified on Trustpilot and are buddies with Blackpool F.C., which adds to their credibility.

• Dragons' Den: They were on the show, which also helps.

In common with all of the free entry method prize draws, they're not regulated by the UK Gambling Commission as a gambling business, but they say they follow all the UK laws to keep things fair, which is essentially trading standards and advertising codes of practice.

• Who's in Charge? Alex Beckett is the founder and boss. He is quite visible on youtube and online vlogs saying he wanted to make prize draws more accessible by taking them online. 

• They're based in Blackpool, hence the tie up with Blackpool FC - we reckon Alex is a fan.
